Festive Belfast - a weekend in the city

This weekend was spent back in Belfast (after almost a month of living in Ballymena). It was good to drive back into the city and see our old spots and park at our old apartment, and do the walk into the city centre.
Torres wine tasting at Direct Wine Shipments. Two hours and eleven wines and a mince pie later and we (I) were (was) pretty trollied. We jumped in our taxi and went to Deanes for our pre theatre dinner.
 Drinks at Maddens.
 Breakfast at St Georges Market
Grand Opera House. Snow White, the pantomime was very good and we laughed lots. Especially when the wee kiddie shouted 'you're ugly' to Lesley Joseph, the panto baddie and she had to walk away to hide her laughter.
Belfast all lit up and festive
 City Hall and Christmas Market

Curry at Archana. It was such a cold night, we walked over to the Dublin Road with our mulled wine from the market and Lee just really fancied curry. We always went to Ginger Root, but Archana was so cosy and warm and I loved the way the food came out in baskets.
We stayed at Kerri and Stephens flat right in the city centre. They'd managed to get away to Edinburgh despite the snow and airport closures.
