Franschhoek - la Petite Ferme

Our last stop in the Cape was Franschhoek and La Petite Ferme for two nights. We think we got the best cottage in the whole place and you'll see why when you scroll down and see the view from our patio!
We spent most of our time lounging out by the wee splash pool, sitting on the patio drinking wine and chilling. Lee made a fire the first night and we sat out with some red wine, wrapped in blankets and listening to Christy Moore.

Above: Boekenhoutskloof Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and La Petit Ferme cellar tour. Such fun! (Think Miranda's mother)

Lying out as the sun went down over the moutains of Franschhoek. An (almost) end to a wonderful holiday within a holiday.
