Little kissy cheeks

Hooray for the weekend, and the three of us all being together!
We're having a delightful lazy day around the house while it's grey and rainy and kak outside.

Sixteen months

At sixteen months Amy is not a baby baby anymore.
She seems to be changing all the time, doing something different and funny every day.
She's usually a blur as she whizzes by me, making taking photos not so easy.
She gives more hugs and kisses now;
she feeds herself with a spoon;
she downs entire sippy cups of milky rooibos.

Amy 'moo's' 'baaa's', 'woof woof's', and can tell you what a monkey and a squirrel says too.
She's still not very chatty, but she can certainly tell you what she wants (and doesn't want!)
Amy still loves bunny and she never goes far without her.
She loves 'the wheels on the bus', 'twinkle twinkle' and 'the grand old duke of york';
She loves all the nursery rhymes really, and starts to clap and dance whenever we sing them.

Amy's favorite books are Fluffy the Squirrel and the Bunny and Bee series by Sam Williams.

She is still the happiest, smile-iest, love-iest person I know.
