We love a trip to Pizza Express :)

Amy loves their kiddies menu, the dough balls, tomato pasta and ice cream with chocolate sauce :)

Tom sat in a highchair at a restaurant for the first time (for around a minute or two) and then wanted to sit on my lap again. It's okay Thomas, I don't mind eating with one hand :) He's getting such a big boy, as Amy says.

Amy's helping with the washing

Amy loved her wee washing line I made for her. It kept her busy while I hung the clothes out to dry. I'm sure Tom didn't mind her playing with his socks :)

Thomas is SIX months!

Thomas is a pretty chilled out little guy at six months.
He's all drooly and smiley and adorable.
He's almost sitting up, and clapping his hands for everything and everyone!

Kisses!!

Amy's first cinema date (with daddy)

Lee took Amy to the cinema at the Odyssey in Belfast this weekend. She sat through the whole movie (Two by Two) and loved it!

Tom's been enjoying his food more this week. He really liked the cauliflower and broccoli combination I made him, and packed away the stewed apricot, prune and apple mush! Dare I say it, he's been a little more settled lately too. Thankfully, we seem to be coming out of a bit of a rough patch and he's doing more consistent and predictable naps and night times. We're all feeling a lot more positive with a little bit more sleep. Amy, however, has been getting up just past five these last few mornings. Sigh.

The Peoples Park

We went to feed the ducks at the park on Saturday.
Amy really liked the new apples sculptures and had fun on her Peppa Pig scooter. She loved the ducks too! Tom and I had a good walk through the park to get him to nap while Amy played in the playground.

Such fun!

James turns 3 (and a hundred photos of Amy at his party)

James had his big third birthday party on Sunday in Ballymena. They had a bouncy castle and a mobile ball pit with slides! We arrived earlier so Amy and James could play before all the other children arrived and Lee could set up the braai. Amy was hardly off the bouncy castle all day, and in the evening when it was deflated she burst into tears in aunty Kerris arms.

We all had so much fun! We finally got back to Lee's parents house at 10pm and got the babies in to bed. Everyone was exhausted, but that didn't stop Amy still waking up at 6:45. Oh Amy.
